  The only reason this gets EVEN A SINGLE STAR, is because you have to choose 1 star minimum to start writing a review. Went here last weekend only because we were getting some essentials at a near store and we were hungry. We saw they had a Vietnamese banh mi counter at the front. When we approached, the lady at the entrance said "What??". Ignoring the fact that she talked to us (paying customers) like that instead of a "hello, how are you?", we requested for a chicken roll.
  Her response was, "WAIT! I first move it then make later." RUDE!!
  My husband has trouble understanding a strong Vietnamese accent, and he thought she asked him to repeat his order. So he repeated, "1 chicken roll please." She said, "I said wait minute, you don't hear? I make, I move counter first."
  My husband explained that he didn't understand what she said earlier, that's why he repeated. Even then, she just continued to be rude. She started making the roll, and named each ingredient and whether he wanted it in the roll. Onion? Butter? Mayo? Sauce? Chilli? He finally said, I would like everything; yes, all ok.
  After all that, one bite and it was clear this was not a banh mi. It was a chewy bread roll so low on any of the ingredients that it was super dry and difficult to eat. Not answering single chilli after being asked, "Chilli??". No sauce, no butter.
  Avoid the rudeness and cardboard rolls, and have a flavourful banh mi in Cabramatta, or gazillion places in the city or elsewhere.
